• Guests of all ages are welcome – infants (under 2) and children allowed. • Pets are welcome! – $35 pet fee per day applies for deep cleaning (cats: $38 per day). – An initial charge will be considered as deposit and will cover day 1 only (amount specified at booking). • Smoking is strictly prohibited, including vaping, inside or on the property. • No events, gathering, or parties of any kind allowed. • Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors. • Check-out List – we take care of cleaning but kindly ask: 1) Trash take out – outside bin 2) Close all windows 3) AC Thermostat Up if Summer 4) Heater Thermostat Down if Winter 5) Ensure all doors are locked before departure • Early check-in: $25 per hour (based on availability) • Late check-out: $25 per hour (based on availability) • Additional guest fee: $25 per night per guest after booking maximum • Extra cleaning fee will be applied for stays longer than 15 days or if deep cleaning (e.g., Ozone treatment) is necessary due to pet accidents (see listed rates in your reservation details). • Charges for missing/damaged items: Linens ($50 each), blankets/comforters ($100 each), towels ($15–$20 each), curtains ($100 each). • Please take care and treat our space with respect during your stay. • Enjoy your stay – let us know if you have any questions!
